Health Surveillance of the residents living around Turin’s waste-to-energy plant

SPoTT

In 2013 the SpoTT program started a health surveillance system of the potential adverse effects of environmental pollution in the area around the Turin’s waste-to-energy (WtE) plant .

This site provides an overview of information on study results and materials created for all stakeholders (i.e. people, local healthcare providers, associations, public agencies…).

The second phase of the SpoTT program, SpoTT-2, was launched in January 2020.
