The program is commissioned by the Città Metropolitana di Torino.

Technical-scientific Committee
SpoTT2
The working group acts in coordination with the Technical-scientific Committee appointed by decree of the mayor of the Metropolitan administration. Committee members:

The Committee has the mandate to ensure that the SPoTT2 program is designed and conducted correctly. The Committee members participate in the program without an attendance fee but receive reimbursement of expenses.
Meeting minutes are made available within a few days after a meeting. The Committee issues a periodical report on its evaluation of the project; the reports are made public.

The working group acts in coordination with the Technical-scientific Committee appointed by deliberation of the president of the provincial council; Committee members:
